The Procession of the Blessed Sacrament and singing of Litanies will follow High Mass, and begin Adoration which will last until 6:00 pm.
As in preceding years, we will have the devotion of the 40 hours right before Lent begins. The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed until dark (6 pm) Sunday and Monday and we will have the closing prayers and Benediction prior to the 12:10 Mass on Shrove Tuesday. There is a signup sheet in the vestibule. We need one person to commit to each hour but EVERYONE is invited to come and spend some time in prayer before Our Lord. You may gained a plenary indulgence under the usual conditions if you spend at least half an hour in prayer in front of the Blessed Sacrament.
